How does it work?
When THC-A is heated — through vaporization — it converts into active THC through a process called decarboxylation. That’s why THC-A products deliver a full, classic experience when used, while remaining hemp-derived.
Is it legal?
Yes. THC-A derived from hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC is federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill. Every HaSheesh device is made from 100% legal U.S. hemp and tested to stay under that threshold. State laws vary — always check yours.

THC-A is potent once heated. Start with one small draw and wait before taking more. For adults 21+ only. Never drive or operate machinery after use, and keep devices away from children and pets.

What is the difference between THCa and THC?
THCa is what the hemp plant produces. THC is what THCa turns into when it is heated. Nothing in the pen is intoxicating until you draw on it and the heat does that conversion.
Are these products lab tested?
Yes, every batch, by a laboratory we do not own. The certificates are published on the lab results page, and the QR code on the box leads to the one for your batch.
Will this show up on a drug test?
It can. Standard tests look for THC and cannot tell where it came from. If you are tested for work or for any other reason, do not use these products.
Where can I buy one?
Through licensed retail stores. HaSheesh is not sold direct online. If your local shop does not carry it yet, ask them to get in touch through the wholesale page.
How should I store it?
Upright, at room temperature, out of direct sun and away from anywhere hot such as a parked car. Keep it where children and pets cannot reach it.
Do I need to charge it?
No. The pen ships charged and is designed to last the tank. There is no charger in the box because there is nothing to plug in.
Is it legal where I live?
The products are hemp-derived and made to federal limits, but state and local rules differ and they change. Check the rules where you are before buying, and note that we only sell through licensed shops.
